Many who have played through Sea of Solitude know it to be a deeply introspective look at emotions and mental illness and might have trouble imagining what a director's cut of the game could possibly add that wasn't in the original version. This is a Nintendo Switch exclusive release, and you can tell that the development team took some liberties here and there to make Sea of Solitude run on the platform. Sea of Solitude was initially released for Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One back in 2019, and has recently appeared on the Nintendo Switch in the form of a director's cut edition.
